Most are around $30
But, you can host one on EscapedTurkey for $15 but their only locations are Washington DC, USA or Dallas Texas, USA
The only thing is you have to maintain it yourself, but I like that version more.

Umm, I know a version to get free money, but it's kinda illegal.
I won't name any sites but there are some you can go to where you use the ads to get free money on your PayPal account.
